About the Course

AI that sees, classifies,
and makes decisions.

You don't need a degree. You don't need a powerful laptop. You don't need to have written a single line of code. All you need is a free Google account and an internet connection.

Over four weeks, learn Python from your very first line of code, then apply it to build real AI systems that can see, classify, and make decisions from images — the same technology used in Nigerian hospitals, export warehouses, and traffic cameras.

The course progresses through three difficulty levels: zero-to-Python, intermediate computer vision with OpenCV and TensorFlow, and advanced real-world CV deployment including YOLOv8 object detection and face recognition.

What You Build

4 Real Projects. Not Assignments.

Every project is grounded in real African business contexts. You leave with deployable systems, not demos.

Project 1

African Market Price Intelligence Tool

A computer vision system that analyses market images and extracts pricing signals from Nigerian market environments. Applies real-world data collection and model training.

PythonOpenCVTensorFlowGoogle Colab
Project 2

Visual Produce Quality Inspector

An image classification model trained to distinguish between fresh and defective produce — applicable to export agriculture and food safety inspection in Nigerian markets.

Teachable MachineTensorFlowOpenCV
Project 3

Face-Recognition Attendance System

A real-time face detection and recognition system that automates attendance tracking — built using live webcam input, trained on participant-defined datasets.

MediaPipeOpenCVPython
Project 4

African Road Sign Detector

An object detection pipeline using YOLOv8 to identify and classify Nigerian road signs in real-time video — a capstone project combining all course skills into a deployable system.
